Mandatory Seminar for Separating Parents
Divorcing or separating parents with minor children must attend a mandatory seminar.
Family Mediation Center (FMC)
FMC can be accessed through a Court order, a Stipulation and Order, or a Request and Order for Mediation.
The center mediates child-contested issues. Fees are on a sliding scale.

If you or a witness do not speak English and require a foreign language interpreter in order to testify, you should plan on making arrangements for an interpreter prior to your hearing. Those in need of interpretive services may contact the court’s interpretive services office at (702) 671- 4578.
